The PADI Tec 50 course takes you further and deeper and completely immerses you in the world of technical diving.

After successful completion of the DSAT Tec 50 course you'll be able to conduct gas-switch extended no-decompression dives, decompression dives and accelerated decompression dives using air and enriched air to a depth of 165 feet. You'll also understand the hazards and risks involved in technical diving, as well as how to prepare for and handle reasonable foreseeable technical diving emergencies.

The Tec 50 course completes your training as an entry-level tec diver, taking you past the limits of recreational diving.

The Tec 50 Course requires that you have experience as a technical diver and certifications in the TEC40 and TEC 45 Levels or equivalent ratings.   A discount is available for those divers who have completed prior technical certifications with Divers Incorporated

 To enroll in the Tec 50 course, you must:

• Be a PADI Tec 45 Diver
• Have a minimum of 100 logged dives with at least 20 dives on enriched air deeper than 18 meters/ 60 feet and 15 dives deeper than 30 meters/ 100 feet
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a Medical Statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months

The Course Fees for this course include the training materials, certification materials, decompression cylinder rental (if needed) and all the gas fills for the duration of the course. Charter and Quarry fees are additional.
